The Flock ballot terms & conditions
Our t's and c's for the entering the Flock ballot.
1. Eligibility
a. Entry to the ballot is only open to individuals who have joined London Museum Flock aged 18 or over whose membership is valid at the time of entry and on the date tickets are allocated.
b. Membership must be held in the name of the person entering the ballot.
c. Museum staff, contractors, and others directly involved in administering the ballot may be excluded from entry.
2. How to enter
a. Entry is free and limited to one entry per eligible member unless otherwise stated.
b. Entries must be submitted during the published ballot period. Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may not be accepted.
3. Key dates
a. The ballot is open from 26 June 2026 and closes at 10am on 3 Aug 2026
4. Ticket allocation
a. Tickets will be allocated through a random ballot process from all eligible entries received during the ballot period.
b. Entry into the ballot does not guarantee tickets.
c. Successful entrants will be notified using the contact details associated with their membership account.
5. Acceptance and booking
a. Successful entrants may be required to confirm or complete their booking by a specified deadline.
b. If a successful entrant does not respond within the stated timeframe, the museum reserves the right to reallocate the tickets.
6. Ticket conditions
a. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold.
b. The museum reserves the right to request proof of membership and photographic identification on entry.
c. Tickets obtained in breach of these terms may be cancelled without notice.
d. The museum reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the ballot process or breaches these terms.
7. Access restrictions
a. For health and safety reasons, access is limited to visitors aged 18 or over. As this is an active construction site, visitors must be able to safely navigate uneven surfaces, stairs, and other site conditions. Unfortunately, the site is not currently accessible to wheelchair users or visitors with mobility impairments.
8. Event changes
a. The museum reserves the right to amend, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event where reasonably necessary.
b. In the event of cancellation, no cash alternative or compensation will be offered unless required by law.
9. Data protection
a. Personal information provided in connection with the ballot will be processed for the purposes of administering the ballot and allocating tickets.
b. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the museum's Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
a. The museum accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, network issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. General
a. The museum's decision regarding ticket allocation is final.
b. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
c. The museum reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary to ensure the fair and effective operation of the ballot.
