Letter
Letter addressed to Miss Williams, 1 Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield signed by Annie Kenney. The letter refers to WSPU organisation in Wales and the replacement of the Salaried Organiser Rachel Barrett with Annie Williams. The letter requests Annie Williams leaves her current position as soon as possible and travel to London to discuss the arrangements for taking over the organisation of Wales from Rachel Barrett. The letter also notes 'On account of the pressure of work just now, no organiser is having any holiday at Whitsuntide except just the Bank Holiday' .
Rachel Barrett left her position as WSPU Organiser in Wales in 1912 to return to work at WSPU headquarters in London. She was replaced by Annie Williams who had previously worked as Organiser in Huddersfield and Halifax.
