Complete set of four engraved toy theatre sheets for the play 'The Temple of Death'. Comprising 3 uncoloured character plates and one theatrical portrait plate illustrated with two poses, one showing a combat scene and one the death of Gondemar from the last scene. Only four plates were published in this set and sold for 1d plain. The play was originally performed at the Royal Coburg Theatre.
