Card, bouquet card
One of nine bouquet cards. The card is a University of London Senate House Refectory Permit which has been re-used as a bouquet card. The handwritten side reads: "In grateful admiration of another generation Alicia C. Percival". Each card accompanied a wreath or bouquet of flowers laid at the statue of Mrs Pankhurst in Tower Gardens on the anniversary of her birthday on 14th July in the Diamond Jubiliee year of the WSPU, being 1965.
