Typed letter on WSPU headquarters headed note paper. Addressed to 'Miss Kelly' 35 Bessborough Street, SW the letter is signed by Christabel Pankhurst and dated February 7th 1912. It notes;
'We are delighted to hear that we may include your name amongst those who will take part in the next protest....We shall rely upon you to act as a recruiting-sergeant. Our strength lies very much in numbers. We want next time absolutely to cripple the machinery at the disposal of the Government.'
