Letter from a collection of at least 122 letters, press cuttings, articles by and relating to Helen Fraser. Letter dated Nov. 21st (no year), with 1933 written at the bottom of the page in pencil. The letter is signed from Margaret Wintringham [?], and the paper is embossed at the top with a House of Commons sign. The letter expresses the the writer's disappointment that Helen Fraser was not elected to the House.
