Letter from a collection of at least 122 letters, press cuttings, articles by and relating to Helen Fraser. Letter written on headed card from Hotel Kaiserhof, Berlin, and the signature is possibly D. V. Velseu. The author writes: "Dear Miss Fraser, It may interest your readers [?] that I have been President of one of the Berlin Suffrage Societies- that's how I started my "public career" as a fairly young girl in 1912, a [?] I've always been [?] in the fight for freedom then for injustice[?] in social and welfare work".
