Letter from a collection of at least 122 letters, press cuttings, articles by and relating to Helen Fraser. Letter to Helen Fraser from one of the Pankhursts, possibly Emmeline. The letter is signed, and the initial resembles an "E". The letter was written on WSPU headed paper, on 3rd April 1907, and concerns Pankhurst declaring independence [from the Labour Party?] at a conference, and the support she received from that.
