Party on Parade
Photograph of marching men. The caption on the reverse notes that Social Credit Party members 'cannot wear uniforms owing to the Home Office Ban. Their 300-year old slogan is carried on banners, God's Providence is Mine Inheritance'.
One of a set of propaganda photographs produced in 1937, following the 1936 Public Order Act which prohibited the wearing of uniforms in public. The photograph is credited to 'Black Star', almost certainly the Social Credit Party's own mark
