Miscellaneous views: The Wapping Waterfront, showing Old Aberdeen Wharf, the Wapping Police Station and St. John's Wharf, in September, 1927.
Aberdeen Wharf was built in 1843-44 and, although damaged during World War II, has now been converted to flats. St. John's Wharf, then used by the Alexander & Co. haulage company, who owned the 'Sun' tugs, is now the Captain Kidd pub.
