Photograph of Anna Pavlova posed in her costume from 'Snowflakes'. This could be anytime from 1914 until 1920, when there were costume changes. 'Snowflakes', a ballet in one act, was derived from 'The Nutcracker'. The ballet was composed by Tchaikovsky and Pyotr Ilyich, choreographed by Ivan Clustine. The scenery was designed by Joseph Urban and later new costumes were provided by Constantin Korovine.
