Mr Palmer as Richard Coeur de Lion
Theatrical portrait plate engraved with a portrait of the actor Mr Palmer in the role of Richard the Lion Heart. Part of Skelt's 'Horses' series of prints, such sheets would have been sold plain as theatrical souvenirs for colouring and tinselling at home.
