Passengers at London Airport
Passengers queuing in Terminal 3 (then called The Oceanic Terminal) at Heathrow Airport in April 1968. Originally simply known as the London Airport it was named Heathrow after a local hamlet near to where the original airport was located. Terminal 3 opened in 1961 to handle long haul flights.
