Space House, off Kingsway
Space House in Kemble Street in the London borough of Camden. Architect Richard Seifert designed the building to be drum shaped to reduce stresses on the building and to reduce engineering costs. The building was originally planned to be twice the height and to include a hotel but Camden County Council objected and so a smaller tower was built. Seifert also designed the Centre Point tower and Tower 42 in London.
