Womens Human Rights in Iraq demonstration
A women’s march to protest against Human rights violations in Iraq. In 1961 the British installed Hashemite monarchy in Iraq was toppled and Iraq was declared a republic. A series of military coups ensued and there was unrest and military action in the country for over a decade.
