Caledonian Market
The Caledonian Market, in Islington, in the early 1960s. Originally the market was held in Copenhagen Fields near to the Caledonian Road but after the Second World War it opened on a new site in Bermondsey Street as a dealers antique market. In 1965 the site was cleared and a housing development was built here.
