Street artist, Horse Guards Parade
Artist painting a guard on horseback at Horseguards parade. The arches are the official entrance to Buckingham and St James’ Palaces and apart from Royalty and cavalrymen on duty you need permission from the Queen to ride or drive through the arches. Visitors and tourists have traditionally tried to make the stoic guards laugh.
