A protestor against apartheid outside South Africa House on Trafalgar Square, 1967. His placards demands the release of opponents of apartheid held in prisons. The British anti-apartheid movement had branches all over the UK and campaigned for an end to apartheid in South Africa for three decades between 1959 and the early 1990s.
