Arriving at Victoria
Above the gates of the platform Collins observes ticket inspectors receiving passengers from arrivals to Victoria Station. Collins' technique of using a slower shutter speed allowed him to capture the bustling motion and atmosphere during the rush hour commute in a creative manner.
