Hat
The close fitting 'cloche', or bell, became the most fashionable shape for women's hats during the 1920s. It perfectly matched short hair and tubular dresses. This example with exotic embroidery was sold by Dickens & Jones in Oxford Street, but made in Paris. It is made of brown wool felt covered in braided embroidery work.
