Galicia Restaurant
Matchbook advertising the Galicia Restaurant in Portobello Road. It was opened by Spaniards Eduardo Lage and Jose Nieto in 1989. As its name suggests, it serves the Galician cooking native to north west Spain, in which seafood features prominently. The restaurant is popular with Spaniards living locally who come to eat the tapas and soak up the ambiance.
