This card advertises English and Business Studies classes at Oxford House College. There were two brances of the college in Oxford Street, which became home to a number of similar institutions offering English classes and other studies to foreign visitors. Oxford House College was established in 1974, and offered courses in six levels of English, from beginners to advanced. It also helped students find accommodation in London.
