Trade card for R. Garcia and Sons from 1993, selling food and wine from Spain at 248-250 Portobello Road, London. The firm has been trading since 1957 and is one of the capital's largest Spanish delicatessens. The shop caters for the sizeable Spanish and Portuguese population around Portobello Road. Amongst their merchandise is meat, sausages, fish, cheese, olive oil and wine imported from Spain. Next door at Café Garcia customers can sample tapas, a variety of savoury Spanish appetizers.
