This news sheet was published by the Indian Workers Association of Great Britain. One half is printed in Punjabi, the other in English. The headline reads 'Victory in the Sikh Turban Case - one step forward, two steps back'. The article praises a House of Lords ruling that it was wrong to exclude a Sikh boy from school for refusing to cut his hair and wearing a turban. It points out, however, that ‘discrimination on religious grounds’ is still not illegal.
