Printed Ephemera — 1990-1992
Book, text book
This Hindi early language learner for children was published in Delhi and purchased in Southall. Linguists today believe that Bengali, English and Hindi all developed from a common language that was probably first spoken in a region near to modern Turkey around 6,000 years ago. Thus languages worldwide, which today are very different to each other in both spoken and written forms, in fact belong to the same family of Indo-European languages.
