Banquet
A menu, seating plan and programme of music for a banquet to meet the Archbishops and Bishops held at the Mansion House on Wednesday 6 July 6 1921.
The Band of the Royal Regiment of Artillery performed twelve songs followed by God Save the King. The seven course meal, during which the band played, consisted of 'Clear Turtle'; 'Salmon', 'Hollandaise Sauce'; 'Timbale de Foie Gras'; 'Roast Chicken and Watercress'; 'Smoked Tongue', 'Cherry Sauce'; 'Bombe Victoria'; and 'Coffee'.
