Parliamentary Declaration entitled 'An Ordinance or Declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. Shewing that all the Regiments of Foot, and Troopes of Horse, In London and all parts of England; shall within fortie eight hourse after publication hereof, march to his Excellence, Robert Earle of Essex, to be imployed for the defence of his Majesty and Kingdome the Priviledge of Parliament and Liberty of the Subject'.
