This poster announces 'A Festival of Irish Women's Culture' held at the London Irish Women's Centre and sponsored by the GLA. The festival featured music, dance, drama, literature, craft and the visual arts. It aimed to celebrate Irish women's culture. The Centre was established in Stoke Newington in 1986 to tackle the disadvantage and discrimination experienced by many Irish women.
