Everyday Lashes
A set of false eyelashes from the make-up range launched by Mary Quant in 1966. False eyelashes were key parts of the look for girls in the early-1960s, as Barbara Hulaniki, described: 'Soon their little white faces were growing heavier with stage-make up, lids weighed down with doll-like, thick, fake lashes. Their matchstick legs encased in pale tights and low-cut patent pumps.' (Barbara Hulanicki, ' From A to Biba', 1984, page 79.)
