Broadside printed with an account of the shipwreck of the Bristol based West-Indiaman, the Ware in 1822. The broadsheet gives an account of how the ship ran ashore and 'sprung a leak' during thick fog as she was clearing out from the Cove of Cork. The broadside laments the tragic drowning of the Captain and 14 men and notes only three sailors escaped 'to tell the tale of woe'.
