Printed Ephemera — 1999
Leaflet
Leaflet advertising Kenric, a social organisation for lesbians, dated 1999, giving information about the organisation's history and current activities. Kenric was founded in 1965 by a group of women living in Kensington and Richmond. It was one of the first social organisations catering for lesbians. Though it originated in London, Kenric now has branches across the country. This leaflet gives information about group activities like discos, sports, theatre and dancing for its 2000 members who range in age from 18 to 80. The group is still thriving.
