Printed Ephemera — 1910
Judy throws a plank to the unionist party. 182 City and Town Councils have petitioned government
This pro-female suffrage propaganda poster was designed and printed at the Suffrage Atelier in Shepherd's Bush, west London.
The poster uses Punch and Judy characters to illustrate the view that suffragists would be prepared to help the Conservative Unionists gain power if the party actively supported the Votes for Women campaign.
