Printed Ephemera — 1911
Coronation Exhibition
This child's season ticket for the Coronation Exhibition in 1911 entitled the holder to return to the exhibition as often as he or she wished. It cost half a guinea (£1.05), half the cost of the adult season ticket.
The vast White City site with its multitude of leisure facilities attracted many families. Season tickets giving unlimited access to the exhibition were both convenient and cost-effective. They could be bought from ticket agencies and libraries as well as at the exhibition entrance gate.
