Coin, denarius
A silver denarius coin of Emperor Nerva, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 96-98. The back of the coin depicts priestly and sacrificial objects. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 97.
Obv: Laureate head of Nerva, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP NERVA CAES AVG [TRP COS III P P]. Rev: Priestly and sacrifical implements. Rev inscription: COS III PATER [PATRIAE].
