Characters in the New Operatick Drama called The Libertine
Engraved, uncoloured, theatrical character plate entitled 'Characters in the New Operatick drama called The Libertine founded on the interesting story of Don Juan as performed at the Theatre Royal Covent Garden in 3 plates plate 1st'. These sheets would have been sold as theatrical souvenirs rather than as part of a toy theatre set and illustrate the principal characters as they appeared on the stage. Published May 30th 1817.
