Book titled "City characters, London 1825", including forty coloured etched caricature portraits of prominent figures in the London business world, mainly the Stock Exchange. Drawn mainly 1817-1824 and published by McLean. Most portraits include the character's real name handwritten at the bottom of the page, some trimmed during the binding of the volume. Bookplate of armorial style, with motto "Celeritas et veritas", with a fist holding a scroll in the crest, and the name Llangattock
