Polling Booth, Companions In Disgrace
Pro-female suffrage propaganda postcard entitled 'Polling Booth, Companions In Disgrace.' Published by the Artists' Suffrage League the image compares a 'respectable' female graduate with a criminal, describing both as 'Companions in Disgrace'. The verse at the bottom of the card explains how, once the criminal has served his time, he may regain the right to vote. A 'harmless' woman however, may never have the right.
