Suffragette organisation the WSPU held this 1911 Christmas Fair at the Portman Rooms in Baker Street from 4-9 December. Members made or donated goods to be sold, advertised the event and ran the stalls, to raise money for the cause. Stallholders wore18th century costumes designed by Sylvia Pankhurst.
