Recorder's Report of the Prisoners under Sentence of Death, in Newgate
Crime broadside printed on light blue paper headed 'Recorder's Report of the Prisoners under Sentence of Death, in Newgate' with a woodcut engraving depicting the Recorder of London making his report to King William IV of all the Prisoners remaining under sentence of death in Newgate. The broadside, printed in 1826 includes the names of the prisoners and the crimes they committed and a verse written in the first person as if by the convicted criminals repenting their crimes.
