Menu
A menu from Pagani's restaurant dated 28 June 1930. It is hand-written in black ink on cream card. Included in the six course meal are 'Poulet Pagani' and 'Fraises Melba'. The menu was prepared for dinner to celebrate 21st birthday of Edwin Draper.
Located on Great Portland Street, Pagani's was known for its bohemian atmosphere and attracted much of London's fashionable society. The walls of its 'Artists' Room' had been decorated with thousands of autographs, sketches and musical quotations by famous visitors to the restaurant.
