Menu for a 1/6d Table d'hote Luncheon at The Brasserie, Lyons' Strand Corner House. Dated 21 August 1939 the menu is printed on one side of a sheet of cream card. The three course lunch listed on the menu includes a choice of starters, main course and desert for a set price of 1 shilling and sixpence. The Strand Corner house opened in 1915. It was one of three corner house restaurants operated by J.Lyons in London's West End.
