Axehead
Chipped flint axehead of Scandinavian type. Dark brown flint, mottled with lighter blotches. Oblong in section, i.e. sides are at right angles to the face. Cutting edge is not symmetrical. Found on the bank of the Thames at Twickenham in 1880.
