Seal impression
Seal impression in dark red plaster, with a gold coloured border, and a blue edge of the fourth seal of Mary Queen of Scots (obverse). The image depicts a woman (Mary Queen of Scots) seating at a throne, holding a ceptre on the right hand, and holding another item on the left hand. The text around the image reads: 'MARIA DEI GRA REGINA SCOTORVM DOTARIA FRANCIE'. The number '52' is etched on the reverse, but is crossed over in pencil, and the number '53' is written in pencil below it.
