Sword
Bronze hilt and part of blade of leaf-shaped sword, with partly concave V-butt, tang with slight flanges and grooved sides. Hilt has seven rivet-holes, three on the handle and four on the shoulder. Blade has ricasso with central thickening and bevelled edges. Industrial phase: Ewart Park. Type: Ewart Park South-eastern Step 4 (Burgess and Colquhoun 1988). Found in the Thames at Richmond Lock and Weir in 1892. Part of the Lloyd collection.
