Sermones
Book of sermons on the Sunday Epistles (William Peraldus, Sermones), This 15th century manuscript is attributed to the French Dominican Guilelmus Peraldus or Guillaume Peyraut (ca 1190–1271). Paraldus wrote several cycles of sermons to be used by other preachers. 119 sermons, numbered (num. 39 omitted), with a table (Abraham-Zelus, folios 177-182) and a list of epistle texts (folio 185). Ownership inscriptions: Thomas Vyvyan (possibly Prior of Bodmin of that name) on f 185; 'R. Jones/Music Master/Bath/1713' inside front cover; and attached slip 'This Book was once in King Charles 1st library R. Jones'.
