A Suffragette arrives at Bow Street Magistrates' Court for her trial. By her side is a bag of possessions in preparation for her expected imprisonment. The majority of Suffragette trials were held at Bow Street Court in Central London. The trials often involving large numbers of women attracted both curious onlookers and Suffragette supporters, as can be seen to the right of the photograph.
