This is The House that man built
'This is The House that man built', one of a set of 12 commercial postcards signed 'B.B' that offered both 'pro and 'anti' female suffrage messages. This 'pro' suffrage postcard was purchased at Berwick Street Market and sent to Miss Pankhurst at 4 Clement's Inn, London. The image and verse refers to 'The House that man built', the Houses of Parliament, and shows women sitting before the speaker; 'For the men now admit that the ladies have brains'.
