The good boy's soliloquy
Volume entitled 'The Good Boy's Soliloquy; containing his parent's instructions relative to his disposition and manners by the author of the Invited Alphabet'. Title details printed on soft card front cover and on inner title page. Book has 16 printed pages and 15 pages of black and white engraved prints depicting a young boy in various situations. Captions refer to the picture content, for example 'I must not blow the candle out or throw the smutty snuff about' and 'I must not tumble on the floor'. Inner cover stamped 'Reward of Merit by J.P. Xmas 1821' and 'H Mountford'. Back cover printed with list of recent publications.
