All or Some, or Some or None? To those Supporters of Women's Suffrage who are also advocates of Adult Suffrage
Leaflet issued by the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies urging supporters of female suffrage who are also advocates of adult suffrage to support the Government's Conciliation Bill that would have enfranchised a million female householders. The leaflet explains the argument for Sir George Kemp's Private Member's Conciliation Bill that had just passed its second reading in Parliament on 5th May 1911. Despite the passing of the second reading the government announced later in May it was unable to allot further time to the bill that session.
