Watchcase
Gold outer watchcase, chased with Christ and the Woman of Samaria seated by the well in a symmetrical cartouche on the back. The band and bezel are pierced with acanthus scrollwork and chased with the four Evangelists and their symbols. The watch was made in London and belonged to Lord Palmerston.
